The approach
Practical. Reflective. Grounded in everyday life.
The work:
Support isn't always about fixing something broken
Often, it's about clarifying direction, regaining perspective, and reconnecting with what matters. Less about analyzing every detail of the past. More about helping you make sense of where you are now and how you want to move forward.
Together we explore
What’s shaping your thinking, what may be keeping you stuck, what matters most moving forward, and what’s available to help you gain practical insight.
Clarity, not complexity
Counselling creates a space to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with your own judgement. Ultimately, nobody knows your life, values, or goals better than you
Who this is for:
Those holding things together, while wanting to feel better, think more clearly, and show up more fully in their lives... not just for others, but for themselves.
Those feeling stuck, flat, or directionless with a constantly busy or overactive mind. The growing frustration of life looking fine but not feeling right.
Those navigating grief, loss, or significant life changes alongside complex or intrusive thoughts and getting stuck in patterns of rumination.
Those who want to step back, think clearly, and move forward in a grounded way that actually aligns with who they are.
Please note:
- This is a privately paid service, not Medicare-rebated
- I’m not a Psychologist, Psychiatrist or Medical Doctor
- This should not substitute urgent or crisis care
- Intentionally framed as an investment in yourself
I offer time, presence, and practical conversation - grounded in experience and informed by established approaches. The focus is on clarity, agency, self-determination, and forward movement. The first session is offered at a lower entry cost, giving you space to meet, ask questions, and see if it feels like the right fit for you.
